Frequently Asked Questions

First, use the scheduler to book a ride an hour in advance of the time you need to be picked up. 

You can pay online with a debit or credit card or on-site, in person with cash.

Then, once you have successfully booked your ride, you will receive an automated text & email message that your ride request is pending. Shortly after, I will either approve or reject your ride request and then cancel the appointment, afterwards you’ll be issued a refund within 24 hours.

If rejected, it means I’m not accepting rides or there was an issue with the mileage option you chose, if that’s the case, I will contact you to fix the issue. Otherwise, if rejected, I’m simply not accepting rides at the moment.

You will receive an automated text & email regarding the status of your ride request typically within an hour. Once the payment is made, you will also receive an emailed invoice.If you do not get an immediate response regarding the status of your request, I’m likely in the middle of a ride with a passenger. Please be patient.

Otherwise, when the time comes for me to pick you up, an automated reminder message via text & email will be sent to you an hour in advance, requesting for you to be ready upon my arrival.

When I am en-route, you will receive a text message with a link to view my live location & my estimated time of arrival. 

Open your maps/gps app on your phone. Type in your destination, check how many miles it is from your current location to your destination. Then choose the ride option that suits the amount of miles from the location you’ll be picked up from to the destination. Always round up

If it’s 31 miles, choose the 35 mile option. If it says 22 miles, choose the 25 mile ride option. If it’s not exactly 30 miles or 20 etc…round up to the next ride mileage option. Last example: If the GPS says 17 miles, choose the 20 mile ride option, not the 15. 

If it’s under 20 but not less than 15, you would choose 20.

I check & validate the mileage for every ride request before approving, so to avoid a rejected/cancelled ride request or any delay, please do your part by ensuring you choose the right amount of mileage before scheduling your ride.

Choose the time slot that is closest to the time you would like to be picked up.

Example: If you need a ride at 8:00 a.m.

Choose the time slot that STARTS with [8:00 am -9:00 am]. The first number is the time that you’ll be picked up. The second number is the approximate time you’ll arrive to your destination. Ride options are already calculated with a rough estimate of how long each trip takes. 

Another example: You need a ride at 1:15 pm.

Choose the time slot that starts with [1:15 pm – 2:15 pm]. Starting with the earliest time window available. Choose the time slot closest to when you want to be picked up. 

This is not a ride-on-demand service like Lyft or Uber. This is a scheduled ride service.

The scheduler is set an hour ahead, to allow for me to finish a current ride and arrive to your pick up on time, every time. So you need to schedule a ride at least, an hour in advance. 

However, if you need a ride right now, this instant. 

You’re welcome to call or text (313- 444-3722) and inquire if I’m available. I will ask you to send me via email or text your full name, email, phone number, pick up & drop off address. 

I will create the appointment for you and then send you a payment link. Only after your fare is paid, will I be en-route to you.

No. I do not transport minors, children or teenagers of any age less than 18. This is a liability I’m not willing to take on. If I arrive and you have a child or teenager with you, I will cancel and leave. You will not receive a refund. This service is strictly for adults.

I drive a 2015 Honda Civic. 

I do not utilize an SUV or any other vehicle. 

Yes! All three. CashApp, Venmo & Zelle are accepted as well as Cash or Debit/Credit.

If paying with CashApp, Venmo or Zelle, please mention this in the ride request notes and select the “On-Site” payment option. I’ll collect upon arrival to pick you up.

The maximum amount of people I can transport is 4 (four). One person in the front passenger seat and three passengers in the back.

Due to the nature of this service. Refunds are at my discretion.

At any given time, for any reason, I may not be able to accommodate you. This is very unlikely, however, emergencies do happen. If I need to cancel your ride, a refund is completely at my discretion. But, YES , if I miss your ride request or reject your ride request or you CALL to cancel 1 hour before your scheduled pick up, I will gladly honor a refund. If your call is not answered, leave a voicemail.

If you cancel within any time of the hour you’re supposed to be picked up, your refund is at my discretion. Refunds will not be issued if you do not call to cancel before an hour of your pick up time. If you decide to cancel while I’m already en-route to you, you will likely not receive a refund.

However, let’s be real. If you absolutely have to cancel, I’m a human, and I understand things happen, at my discretion, I may refund you entirely and then send you a pro-rated invoice based on the distance and time spent that I’ve already traveled to you, but I will not transport you again until your cancelation invoice is paid.

Please understand. I have to pay fees for payment processing and refunds. This is not Lyft or Uber. 

You are agreeing to this refund policy by requesting a ride.

Only schedule or request a ride, when you really need it.

Yes, however, each ride is one way. 

You will need to create two separate ride request orders. One for your trip to your destination and another scheduled ride request order for your return. 

Due to how the scheduler works, I highly recommend you book BOTH rides at the same time to avoid longer than an hour overlap of time between when you need to be dropped off and picked up.

I can not prevent someone else from booking the time slot that you may need for your return. So if you’re certain you’ll need a return trip. Book them both when you book the first.

The scheduling system is set to allow me an hour BEFORE & AFTER each ride. So pay close attention to your timing.
